Help

Hey All,
I am looking for help/wisdom in solving an Xbox 360 problem.
I am unable to join a platoon. It tells me I cannot connect to
Xbox live, but if I run a test it says I am connected
After testing and checking numerous times Xbox tells me that my
NAT is Moderate and may be causing a problem.
Never had this problem before
I am not that savvy with computers and the Xbox forum fixes are
over my head.
Is there and fix to this problem

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Have you tried hard
wiring vs wifi. When I had my 360 I found hard wire was much
better (I understand may not be feasible). If hard widening does
not work I found a fairly easy step by step from two different
sites hope they help.

I don't know what it is with all xbox consoles Inc the xbone
that seem to have this problem.Nat settings mysteriously change
sometimes to strict.Usually hard resetting resolves the probs on
the xbone, however the 360 usually refers to the hub or
router.Enter the router settings and make sure UPnP is
selected. You might see a drop down menu of servers and ip
addresses which you can add to port forward.See if there is one
called xbox live and select it to open up all traffic.Save the
settings exit and completely shut off the hub, restart and
hopefully this should make your nat open for xbox live happy
days...

It's been a few years, but when I was having NAT problems with
my Xbox 360, it ended up being the router going bad. I replaced
that and never had another problem.

Try resetting your router.
