In order of listed stats:
Tech tree T-34-85 has 600hp motor, and Rudy has 500hp motor
(tech tree T-34-85 will probably come off the line a bit quicker
than Rudy, but top speeds of both tanks are 54kph, the same)
Rudy has 4 more deg/sec hull traverse speed (42 vs 38).
Rudy has 8 more rounds of ammo (56 vs 48).
Rudy has 5m more of view range (365 vs 360 - this is what I call
the Windex perk).
Rudy has a 100% trained crew and a Dog, a German Shepard from
Siberia named Szarik (pronounced Sharik - "little ball" in
Russian, a nickname in the vein of "furball"; in Polish the word
is similar to Szary meaning gray and szalik meaning scarf).
Szarik barks when the 6th Sense perk activates (you're spotted,
but no one aiming at you...yet :hiding: ).
Rudy's Silver and XP bonuses are 25% and 30%, respectively.
Both will see Tier VIII.
From WG console game site:
In reality, Т-34-85s were produced in Poland in the 1950s
at the Bumar Labedy plant, located in Gliwice. The Polish
variant was slightly modified from the Soviet tank of the
late-war period.
This probably explains the upgraded traverse speed, view range,
and ammo count. Possibly, the Polish builders didn't have access
to the more powerful motors, or, due to technology, didn't need
a motor the same size as the WWII version of the tank.
I may pick one up, just because I think it's kinda cool :coin:

not as good as my tech tree 34-85 with a six perk crew in it, I
shall pass on the Rudy...But thanks to the 14,000 gold from WG I
picked up the Skoda T40 to train my Czech crews.... :peace:

Its fun to play but I suck in it as much as all the other tanks.
The main reason I bought it because of the Donation to k9
buddies :old:

Used free gold to get on. The bark is a neat feature. Not a bad
tank. I like the T 34-85 so this works for me.
