The best part is? Six of those crews have a '+' for their
latest skill... so I'll just keep the gold, pay silver for 75%
training... and still have a 100% trained crew!

James instead of using the gold to bring those crews stuck in
premium tanks back to full training in their original tanks you
settle for bringing them to 75 percent and pocket the gold. A
few routine battles and you are back at 100 percent. Here is
another idea that would be a grand gesture:
