From WG:
We received a report from player StockrA here, where crews that
were transferred to a premium tank in 3.5 have lost their home
tank assignment when updating to 3.6. This is incorrect as the
crew should have retained it's correct home tank.
We marked this issue in the highest priority and we are going to
work on it as fast as we can. For now, please do not use gold
to transfer these affected crews until we get this fixed.

If you did, submit a,ticket to have it refunded. As of this

So since I logged into 3.6 before the server restarts, my crews
are permanently 'lost', in that they don't remember their 'home'
tank?
