Yep. But think of it this way. If these people are going to yolo
and throw themselves away, then our win % will increase.
Providing our team doesn't do it as well. Alternatively, we get
40 OFFers to run 8 five man platoons and go at each other. Both
sides should get good damage and we have fun, and trip out the
server pop on EU.

Corbantis makes an excellent point. Even three or four OFFers on
a team can carry it. Even if the others yolo.
