What is everybodys take on the FCM 50 T& Type 64? Decent
tanks? worth the gold???
Is the 50 t autoloader? I love the 50 100.... need a decent
trainer..

50t is one of my favorite tanks - medium quick with a great gun,
though you will only occasionally bounce a shot.

You've bounced a shot in yours? Impressive.
I've got the FCM 50 t Liberte and love the thing. Like Brad
said, medium speed and great gun just don't get shot. Great
wolfpack vehicle.

I am a big fan of the 50T/ Liberte..... I even convinced Delp to
buy one and he likes it alot.
One of the overlooked aspects of the tank is that it is actually
a pretty good sidescraper. Those tracks eat shots.
It makes more than enough silvers to be able to shoot premium
and make decent bank!

First, it's Breach, not Beach.

The FCM — Not an autoloader. Has a really solid gun that doesn't
rely on premium to pen, which is nice. It's also not really a
heavy, despite it's classification -- more of a medium in a
heavy body. It won't bounce shots, but the gun is great and,
with 50 tons of weight, it's pretty good at ramming soft
targets. It's also a bit large and only gets a 45% silver bonus
(the lowest among all tier VIII premiums). Still, I really like
mine and recommend it, especially if you need a French crew
trainer.
Type-64 — This is actually the historically accurate Hellcat for
the most part. Good speed, but not outstandingly fast. Has the
usual 76 mm you also get on tanks like the Fury, good gun
depression, and good view range. Sadly, tanks like the Snakebite
have really power creeped up on it (especially since the
Snakebite never sees tier IXs; this thing will). Also has a
depressingly small amount of ammo (I've ran out at least three
times). If you have the Hype-59, there's no reason to get the
Type-64 unless you love lights are want to pad your WN8.

50t is a fun tanks to fight in. As others have said, treat it
like a medium and keep on the move.

Like the CDC, take shot and reposition, watch all sides of the
map, it can cover a lot of area fast, so it makes a great
support tank. I do between 1.5 and 2.5K damage with it.
