Yep that left stick button accidentally depressed will stop a
tank in its tracks. I played with it. I now must be careful how
much pressure I put on the stick. Makes for some real sharp
turns.

So how are you all liking the update? I've seen a few videos of
RamPanzer V/IV's flipping the crap out of other tanks. Looks
like a blast but probably pretty frustrating for the recipients.

When traveling along and being tracked, depending on your speed,
you can do a 180 due to one track being stopped and the other
continuing to move, will take getting used to. Also the rocking
back and forth when stopping or doing the peek and shoot will
also take time getting used to. There is a lot of aiming
adjustments to make.
It appears to me as if all my tanks are moving just a little
quicker, anyone else?
Some of the visuals are impressive....
I had only played a few games last night, but I liked what I
saw.

Handbrake, when applied at the right moment rocks. Able to spin
90 degrees and snapshotted a poor bastard that was chasing me.

I didn't notice a big change in the visuals. The rocking after
you stop is definitely a big change. And you can certainly
scramble over stuff that you couldn't previously.
On the downside, I'm not crazy about the viewrange display in
the minimap. And I don't remember seeing anything about it
getting nerfed, but accuracy in the M53/55 last night was
terrible. So many shots sailed long or fell way short.

Gun depression increases from 3 degrees to 5 degrees

Anyone else notice the slow-er reverse?
I'm seeing significantly slower tank-backup times; specifically
tanks like the Tiger and Captured KV-1. Like they changed the
reverse gearing...or am I just crazy? :superdrunk:

Maybe its the handbrake kicking in while working the left stick?
I have now reverted back to my original controller config and
have remapped the "press the left stick in" button to the left
button on the D Pad. Happy Days :thumb:
