SNS 1/14 - Operation Brevity Themed battle - In the training roo

Brought to you by Maddog STS.
Operation Brevity occurred in 1941 at the Egyptian/Libyan border
between UK and Germany.

For the Brits we will have
Light tanks;
Cruiser Mk IV (Tier III, 3rd package, 40mm Bofors ) - 8 tanks
Medium tanks;
Matilda Mk II CS (Tier IV, final package, QF 2 pounder) - 7
tanks
The Germans will have;
Light tanks;
Pz I Ausf A (Tier II, final package, 20mm auto) - 3 tanks
Pz II Ausf G (Tier III, final package, 20mm auto ) - 4 tanks
Medium tanks;
Pz III (Tier IV, 1st package, 37mm) - 5 tanks
Pz IV Ausf H (Tier V, 2nd package, 75mm) - 1 tank
Pz.Sfl. IVc (Toaster) with the L/60 75mm gun. - 2 tanks
Game Variant: Team Destruction
Maps: Skorpian Pass, Airfield, Sand River, El Halluf
As usual we will do palette cleansers

This looks to be a lot of fun...definitely gonna need some
skillz on both sides to kill the Pz III & Pz VI tanks, and the
Matildas - all 3 of those have respectable frontal armor. Speed
and team dispersion is gonna play a big part, as well as getting
scouts in place as quickly as possible.
Put me down for a Fatty Matty on Team UK, but will run whatever
needs to be run to even out the teams :salute:

I predict a UK win with 6 or more likely all 7 of the Tildas
still being alive at the end....

Good point.....the Matildas were mauled (as were a lot of the
British vehicles) by emplaced 88s, but we have no way to
simulate that.....hate to even suggest it but maybe an arty?!!?!
