Step 1 - Find your local steroid dealer
Step 2 - Purchase and use steroids - i was partial to Dianabol
and Stanozolol
Step 3 - Eat and lift weights - a lot!
Step 4 - Continue for one year and enjoy the looks of horror on
peoples faces as you devolve into a gorilla :thumb:
