Wow, that is so messed up in so many ways Ken! Merry F-in
Christmas to you to you skinny little........ :snowball:
OK, I do need to shed some pounds and I do have a plan. First
I'm going to eat less, I'm going to eat better, and I'm going to
do more exercise meaning I'm actually going to do some walking,
bicycling, and use the free gym available to me when the weather
       is bad type stuff.

As someone who struggles to maintain *enough* weight, may I
suggest a pair of back surgeries followed by a decade of meds
that screw up your stomach. It's expensive as all holy hell, but
       effective!

Honestly, though -- at least y'all can find clothes to fit
thanks to all the big and tall sections. They don't have tall
and skinny as hell sections. I have to buy my pants
online, as no place carries my size (31 X 33).

@DUCK - I was 284 and doc says my sugar is high, so wife got me
a fitness bracelet that measures sleep, walking, biking, etc and
I dropped 21 pounds walking 12000 steps per day and knocking out
sweets. feel better, sleep better, wife says sex is better...so
its all good man. Good luck to ya! If a pasta loving sicilian
with a eff'd up knee who lives in the middle of chicken wing
paradise can do it, anybody can!!

I too was a freshman in high school the last time I saw 175. I
stand 5'11" and have only been under 200 pounds once since high
school. I basically starved myself for a year to get there
eating pretty much only salad, pretzels and rice. The last time
       I saw 220 was when I was on a walking fetish, I walked 6 days a
week, minimum 45 miles a week (for those wondering that is about
3 hours of walking a day). My best week I walked over 60 miles.
I felt good until my foot started hurting, then a knee and then
an ankle so walking stopped long distance stopped. Now I have a
mountain bike and love it but being winter I don't do it nearly
       enough.
BYTOR, I had/have (don't know if it works anymore) one of the
cheap FitBits. It was nice to try and get 10,000 steps a day
unfortunately I got it the same time I started mountain biking
and it did not track that. Many days it said I had fallen short
of my goal yet I had rode the bike and knew I was above it. I
need to invest into a nicer unit like you have, it truly is a
motivator for me and would help.

Diet tips in the "Funnies" section. :rolf:
And Duck, I'm pretty sure you meant obsession when you said
       "fetish". :rolf:

You mean you carried on walks by a inanimate fetish that somehow
became animate? That hardly counts as exercise! Well, not for
you at least, but the fetish probably needs to see a
chiropractor... Or whatever animated fetishes need to see when
they are forced to carry a 300lb lump on their backs for 60
       miles!
