I've completed the tutorials for two toons and still can't find
our fleet.

Carpi,
To join a fleet you have to be invited and both the inviter and
the invitee have to be online and in game at the same time I
believe. If you see me online the next time you're playing,
send me a PM and I'll shoot you an invite.

Ok, but you may have to look for me, still having trouble
finding my way around some places. I have a bunch of weird stuff
I have no idea what to do with, lockboxes, etc. I can't open
them cause I don't have any....... keys?
I need to clear that stuff out of my inventories!

The lockboxes can be sold on the market. Go to the Spacedock and
you head to where the bank is located. You Tube has a number of
guides, and i believe they are close captioned. This game can be
xomplicated to learn at first but there are lots of guides on
line you can read. I suggest looking things up online than
asking unless you're looking for shortcuts. Its the best way to
learn this game, and you have a way to finfmd info quicker than
waiting for a response here. Not to mention theae bozos at
Cryptic live up to their name when doing a user guide.

Where specifically do I go on youtube? I've been looking online
but it a mess, wiki, arc, and online gaming are all one and not
the same! lol i'm at tier 49 and 32 with my toons and know some
of what i'm trying to do, but am missing steps and not quite
getting thru on a couple things. i need to get my DUTY OFFICERS
working, i have 45 or so duty officers. they just keep piling up
on me.

PS I have a bunch of mining, r&d, spire, diplomatic etc stuff,
but everytime i try to apply it to our fleetbase, i get rejected
for one reason or another! LOL

I really hate this game. So many types of currencies that buy
different things... so confusing.
On that note, I found our Fleet's bank where I 'obtained' a few
choice parts for my T3 ship! :troll:
I hope the mysterious benefactor(s) will stock the bank with
more lower tier ship equipment (Tier VI specifically)

Yep the number of currencies is grr. Been dropping Mark X and up
stuff in bank.
