Nov 15 Update - Duty Officers and Fleet Holdings

Hi All,
Based on some tweets yesterday, it looks like Duty Officers and
additional Fleet functionality will be pushed out on the 15th.
So get to mining that dilithium!

:cheers: Okay folks, the update that was tp occur yesterday
will take place tomorrow. So when you log on, and you're in our
fleet, you will be taken to our Starbase. Also the Duty Officer
and Admiralty functions will be going live, along with the Omega
taks forces. See STO forum for info, and details on all the new
