OFF- competition team recruiting

OFF- is seeking competitive minded individuals to help build the
OFF- ranks. OFF- was formed to give the clan a second
competition team and allow for more clan members to be involved
in competition play. We are looking for enough people to have
about 21 members. We plan on having weekly practice sessions to
improve all members skills. If you have competition experience
that would be great but not required. The only real issue we
have had is with Xbox 360 individuals for some reason we have
had difficulty with that and I am very sorry that I am asking
prospective members be on the Xbox One. (I really hate asking
that I know there are great people on the 360)
We understand that everyone is busy and that it is not possible
to make every practice or tournament. We just ask that you do
your best to be involved as much as possible.
We are also looking for one very special person. We need a admin
person to handle the behind the scenes stuff. This would involve
communications for the team. keeping track of team members.
scheduling practices and scrims. signing up the team for
tournaments stuff like that.
If you are very good at finding tournaments we would love to
have you.
I hope this gives you prospective members an idea what OFF- is
about.
