Yep, what Rugger said. I got this first time around before the
Japanese line was released to start training Japanese crews but
due to all my other grinds I don't play it much either.
Off the top of my head the Panther is best comparison I can
think of for the Chi Nu Kai for mobility/gun/armor and I want to
say it has above avg view range as well.
