The outer bands are starting to push through. Some gusty winds
and rain, but not bad yet. The worst will be around 8p tonight.
Water service is now shut off at the beach and EMS is about to
suspend service as well.

Latest update:
Matthew is just off Daytona Beach. St. Johns County (St.
Augustine area) has closed all bridges to traffic. Worst weather
for us will be between 2pm and 8pm.

Daytona Speedway almost under water now. SPF, Zip, Ice WJXT
covering storm better than the other channels, so if you're
checking for updates that's the place to go.
