In all honesty, I do not feel the events are filling out
anymore due to commitments to comp practices and such.

I liked the idea of these events when I joined, but never sign
up because no one else is ever signed up...maybe a direct link
off the website that glows and flashes...a direct link may make
people more inclined to signup. Finding the link to the
alternate site, then logging and going to the event page, is,
while easy, a PIA that I am sure many don't even consider doing,
but if it is righ in front of their face they may tend to sign
up more.
I like both events so I would do whichever has people...don't
want to torture the professor with just me in the platoon...

Thunder Pack Thursday if Oxidative takes over Heavy Education
Correct?

If you go into the main thread of each event there is a link
that goes directly to the companion site that way there is no
hunting around for the link. I used to add it to the calendar
that no one ever looked at :palm: but have since stopped. If it
will be helpful I can add it back.
Some of the issue is that the events usually have the same
people taking part so they don't feel they need to sign up or
they are involved in other things that they aren't sure they are
going to be able to make it so they don't sign up just in case.
I think another good idea would be for the host to post in the
shoutbox both the day before and the day of as a reminder for
everyone to sign up. Maddog and Sgt. do this for TOG Tuesday and
Ox had MetalHellion to make him up a picture so he would draw
attention to his event. I was working with him for the other
events and I admit I have dropped the ball on that. I will
however be getting with him this week to get those put together,
starting with the events we know are up and running.

TOG 3.0 needs a new host. I cannot do both that event and the
WCL team =/

Can we remove one of the FNLs? Now that we can cross-platform
platoon, no need for the differentiation.
