Also: the reason farmers in Kansas wear button fly jeans? The
sound of zippers makes the livestock nervous.

I have something to say about this, In my time platooning with
other O.F.F. members, they have ALWAYS seemed to be pleasant,
and have ALWAYS acknowledged others as they entered a party
chat. O.F.F. members seem to ALWAYS announce new members, and
ask other members to welcome them in. O.F.F. members " senior or
not" ALWAYS give each & every person in the chat an opportunity
to run the tier they wish. Also if there is an " odd ball" in
the party, they will find another to even things out. Now this
being said, try some "other clans" out there and I'm sure that
you will find something lacking, at least I did. In my honest &
humble opinion, I think Old Farts and Fogies has a bunch of
mature & decent men & women, who wish to play W.o.T. Without
all drama and preconceptions so prevalent in " other clans".
Hats off, thumbs up, and pints a raised high to O.F.F. :beer:

out of a possible 100 friends you can have on live 93 of them
are off members so I have played with a fair share of the clan,
there may be a few members I tend to play more because they are
on when I am but other than that I always have a good time.

I am new to OFF, maybe a week now I think. I've platooned with a
handful already and if you've been reading the list to the left
of new posts you know I'm active on the forum too. Community,
that is what we are. A group that gets together to share
experiences and help others. Do you like everyone in your
community? No. Do you have to? No. Hell I got family members
that I don't talk to. With 300 members it's going to be hard to
platoon with all but I'll give it a go. However, some nights I
just want to crank the Heavy Metal and drink some tanks while
driving cocktails (something like that). So I will from now on
set status to Away, didn't know about that before. I honestly
wouldn't expect the Seniors to all visit me... There are a lot
more of us then them.
All and all... Gentleman, I wish to thank you for what you've
provided here it is fun and I appreciate the work and time
you've put into this. Hey I've been able to chat with guys that
have had really cool accents too.

OK, I am going to attempt to platoon this weekend. However, do
not get p------ off if I suddenly appear to be AFK. As I
mentioned to robertthred and panzr3chief, up until 1.3 update, I
have never experienced server error messages and outright
lockups in the game.
So if it appears I am no longer participating, that means I am
in the process of rebooting the Xbox and/or rebooting the modem.
I have actually won quite a few battles this way (go figure),
even though I rejoin the game 2-6 minutes into a battle.
(Though I think I have p------ off others in Random Battles
playing solo).

I too have had two hard freezes during games. One was right as i
fired, so i could still see the fire out the end of the gun and
the screen was froze hard. Had to reboot the xbox. And the other
was last night, I was froze about a min into the match again. No
crashes before the update, a couple now since. I thought i was
the only one with this issue.

Nope. Reason I haven't platooned. Worse is 7x in one day; I
think I have a total of 15 so far. Yeah, I know, everyone is
frozen, u can see the shell that was fired. I also noticed
that Mines-<pick weather> at times, will show up when the battle
scenario starts with a blank grid.
I also have at least 2 server error messages for the WG server
---- those result in all battle results being lost. I believe
this also resulted in my losing Free XP (from 32,166 to 16,177).
Working my way back up on this.
I know it's not the Internet link since my son is still on with
his devices, and my Nook and iPad were fine.
