CREW XP Issue Resolved

Hi Folks! Good news from Wargaming. Seems theri was an issue
with crew xp on Elite and Premium Tanks.

Hey all,
Surprise Xbox Tankers! Well it surprised us too. Many of you
may be finding Crew XP boosts in your Ops tab today (don't worry
you didn't pay for them), here's why:
The bonus for Elite and Premium tank Crew XP broke with a server
update
A faithful and very precise player noticed this and reported it
to us (thank you)
We found the break and fixed it as soon as we could
Then we ran database queries to find all players that played
Elite and Premium tanks during that time period
Then we calculated how much XP they earned and how much the
bonus XP missing was (ex. .25 elite)
Then we tried to figure out a way to award it to the Crews on
the Tanks they played in
Then we realized people can move crews from Tank to Tank and
even have Tanks with no Crews in them (like all my American
Premiums, I run only one Crew in them)
Then we tried to track the moving of Crews to find the right
Crew and award them... database query done blew up! (would you
believe this was over 500k unique players on Xbox alone?)
Then we tried a few more things until the engineers eyes started
bleeding
How do we award the XP to the right Crews? How about we let YOU
do it
So we took the missing Crew XP amount and figured a generous
compensation involving 6x Crew XP boosts for each player elite
or premium tank played, every battle for the missing Crew XP
bonus
We wrote the query for DBA's to run and waited to hear back so
we could schedule the compensation, notify Publishing and
getting the proper messaging to you, our esteemed Tankers
Low and behold an hour ago a honest Tanker contacted us to tell
us they received 40 6x Crew XP Boosts today that they didn't
earn
Damn the efficiency of the DBA's
So... Surprise! And Thank You for your patience with us while
figuring this out
Use those Boosts on any Crew you want, even if you want to use
them all on one Crew (that's what I'm doing)
PS4 Tankers, your query is still being run and will be credited
as soon as it is complete.

Picked up 74 6x. Didn't really play that much so they were
very generous.

Wow. Only got 44 I think. But they did say that had to do with
premium tanks and I haven't been playing those as much lately.
Now for a dumb question. These boosts are going to be best used
on tier II premium tanks since they have a higher crew XP boost
to begin with? Or at least tier V and lower? And the fact that
my premium time just ran out... does that hurt me or is the crew
XP solely based on base XP, I don't recall atm?
