I purchased the Pz. IV Hydro this afternoon, first game was
not so good. However after watching a few vids I changed up and
got rid of the GLD for optics and changed my play a little. Man
did that make a difference. 2nd game had 5 kills , then the
third game big results. since then I have been on a roll. Nice
gun! big hits just keep moving in and out of cover flanking
cleaning up the reds. Move move move. Nice tank. well worth the
buy.

Thanks for the review. There are a lot of bad reviews out there,
but it seems with a little tweaking it can do the job. Could
you post a link to the vids you found helpful?

I've wanted this one for a while. I didn't want to shell out
the big dough when they first released it, but I may pick it up

Here is the links that I found that best describes the tank
and how to play it. By Capt. Canada , Notice that he describes
about changing out GLD and why, also notice that he hits and
moves constantly. I based my set-up off his. I ran vents, gun
ram , and Bino's as well. I also used auto-fire, chocolate, and
large repair kit.
I finished the Pv. IV hydro opp of the 20,000 in 13 matches.
Here are the results after completing the op.
13 battles total
14 metals earned
11 victories ( 85 % )
2 defeats ( 15 % )
23 enemies destroyed
6 survived ( 46 % )
70 % hit ratio
18.55 damage standing

nice twoton, I'll have to check out those vids and start running
mine again now that there should be more out there and try to
get some MOE's on it.
I usually play my V/IV by default when I drop down to that tier,
& I also have the T 25. Those along with my Sherman premiums
make for a crowded garage of Tier V mediums to choose from.
