Most clans and I say most are smaller groups of people. That way
every person in the clan can be part of a comp team. When you
are as big as OFF to me it's no longer a clan its a community. I
mean it's great we are this big. Never thought it would be this
big and I give everyone that made off into what it is there
props. That's why WarGaming gave a limit to how many people you
can have with one clan tag. And we are about to have 3! And I'm
sorry to say it when we are as big as we are people are going to
have clicks. These people play with these people and those play
with those. I mean there is people in this clan I have yet to
meet let alone tank with. So yeah no matter what if you have one
tag or the other it's always going to feel like your part of a
different clan even though your not. Hell I pretty sure pubs
think there is more then one OFF clan with the two clan tags we
have now. I'm just saying In my mind I think OFF should take a
break from recruiting and rethink what we are doing. That's just
what I think.

Who is to say ANY other Junior would want to be in OFF? Surely
they would lose street cred.It would be like your mother buying
you the wrong footwear for school instead of you doing the
shop.The reason i joined was because of the age restrictions,it
has its own identity and uniqueness.If there was such a
clan,present Offers should be given the power to vote after a
probationary period to who stays or goes.It would be hard to
"vet" someone if they are playing solo.What restrictions would
there be for competitions,clan matches? There are so many Offers
and don't think i have managed to introduce myself to even 30%
of both clan tags let alone introducing lunchboxes,poster
paints,hair pulling,sand pits,grazed knees,bedtime
stories,snowball fights,cider at the playground,Pokémon
go,Justin bieber,low flying controllers,15 minute waiting time
for tank selection whilst they finish texting oh and Alphabet
spaghetti..

All, good points, except when Bieber is used, then I stop
reading. Blah spit, spit.
Perhaps we should stick with the guidelines and only do
exceptions on a case by case scenario as has happened in the
past.

Seven, based on the Birthday calendar (unless you fudged your
age). Youngest is 35. We do have one that is 2, but I know
that's wrong because the guy is over 50.
