       Whoa - now two Airlines off my list - AA and now SWA. Son in law
       went to Fl because his mom was in the hospital (very ill). Long
       story short he was to return yesterday but SWA had their
       recurring ticket printing issue. SWA cancelled his flight
       yesterday, booked him for today, no crew for the rebooked flight
       so they cancelled todays flight. SWA then refunded his ticket
       price - told him to find his way back home, submit a voucher for
       the ticket difference and they would reimburse him (sounds like
       a middle digit wave off). He has lost 3 days work (w/o pay) -
       rent a wreck costs - etc.. Sounds like a nutella sunday on
       Thursday. I want to go home to Hawaii and play tanks to get rid
       of the frustration but that means I must play airline Russian
       roulette.
