Man this sounds great, Tuesdays at 10:00 PM est, I need my
skillz tweaked let's see what I don't know, I was going to ask
if we could get a squad ourselves as I have 4 people also
wanting to do this. Thanks to all veteran clan mates willing to
teach us (or put up with our stupidity) :superdrunk:

It's practice. Most of what we are trying to achieve is simply
drilling it over and over again. The concept is somewhat simple
but the execution is difficult.
With that being said, we would like 2 guys that have some
experience to be mixed with 1 or 2 guys that are just starting
out. The outside tank in the echelon is the one that calls the
shots, so he/she will run point. This can be situational and
everyone should get some practice in every situation.
I'd also like to mix in 1 or 2 light drivers so they we can gain
some experience working with the squad and the different
tankers. This might not work with matchmaking though as most of
the comp tanks could drag the tier VIII heavies up to far.
We would like to keep this competition oriented so IS-3s and
110s will be the preferred tanks but tier X's could also be
thrown into the mix since comp will eventually get to that
point.

so this is platoons of 5 on live server utilizing comp tanks and
training on tactics?
either way I definitely want to get in on this as well.

This will start in the training room first. Once the basics are
down then we go to the Live servers.
