Well the OP should have been more specific so we who don't play
can undersrand. You do know we can be kinda dense woth all tge
new fangled slang being use today. Hell for all we who aren't
in the know might think Power Play is a sexual position one uses
during a three way whike pkaying Goat Stimulator.

I'm allied with the Alliance by way of completing many of their
quests. Is "Pledged" something extra you need to do?

You go into the power play menus and join a faction. IIRC, it's
at the bottom of the galaxy map. It's been a while since I
messed with it.

I would suggest people DO NOT pledge to a Power unless they
really know their stuff combat wise, I say this as you will be
interdicted and attacked my other Powers 'Players / Cmdrs'.
