       Thought it might be cool to have a thread to show off  the
       fruits of our labor and maybe share a few recipes or two.
       I'll kick it off with 4 Boston Butts, post-rub, right before I
       put them to bed for the night in the fridge. The rub was made
       with brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
       dried chili pepper, paprika, ground ginger, allspice and a dash
       of cumin.

       Woke up early today and got the old rust bucket warmed up.

       Grabbed a few herbs from the garden to mop around with.

       Meat has been on the smoke for about 8 hours now. Soon I'll wrap
       them in foil and finish them off in a 225 degree oven. The wood
       I've been using is a native hedge (Osage orange) for the base
       and then throwing some green wood on from my apple and peach
       trees for that fruitiness.

       Your meat is very impressive!  I'm sure you've heard that
       before, however.
       What time is dinner?  I need to plan ahead to make it from

       Ok, here is the before........  Very similar rub to Remys for
       the Pork Butt.... Except with some celery salt and poultry
       seasoning.  Beef brisket flat...sugar, smoked salt, chipotle and
       ancho chilli power, paprika, onion and garlic powder, lemon
       pepper, white pepper.....
