I know. I am weak! I luv the lights and lets face it, with the
exception of the RU, German Light tech is not where it should
be.
I will have to seek counseling at some point.

I thought it was a tier V on PC?
It was also tech tree not a premium?

On PC it was a ridiculously overpowered tier V tech tree tank.
They got rid of it completely and replaced it with the MT-25.
So the console version of the tank is an unknown.

I was really excited until I read that it is moving up a tier on
the XBOX. Still might have to pick it up, though...
