I'm actually jealous that he gets to go real car racing.

Will have to pass on this .

Sorry to hear that, BadDad. You will definitely be at the top of
the list if we need a fill-in.
I'm thinking we will have open signups everytime we reshuffle
the squads, so definitely hope to see you back once your racing
       season is over.

I have significant experience in about 10 of the listed tanks...
       however still no xbox one.

I know, brother. We would absolutely love to have you. 7/54 can
be a light tanker's wet dream and if you get 3 or 4
       together..... fuggedaboutit.
We have ran into some phenomenal light drivers in our
scrimmages. IMO, they tend to be the one's that really make the
difference between winning and losing, as a good light driver
just pecks away and takes all the attention off of the bigger
       guns.

Find a track near your house and go. A lot of circuits have
events where you can take your car and learn how to drive at
speed. You dont need a Ferrari or Porsche - i most recently used
       to a p-o-s 2000 Golf with the non-turbo inline 4....the
definition of S-L-O-W. Most tracks (like the one near my house)
you can eventually get "licensed" to be able to drive in their
Track Days....might want a faster car for those though!!

Would love to be in on this action. I can run every Saturday
night as a rule. All my travel during the week makes it
difficult to commit to a set training schedule though. Friday
nights would be about 50%'at best.

I'd really like to sign up for this as well, however with Summer
coming, I can see where I'm going to be not around on at least 6
or 8 Saturdays and a few Fridays. I can't believe that I'm the
only one that will be affected (positively) by the nice
       weather...lolol. :child:

Technically, summer is still 77 days away which gives you plenty
of time to sign up for a 6 week cycle.

Heartland Park's track out in Topeka has open racing on Weds.
nights. You have to take their safety class the first time and
you have someone ride with you the first few times out, but I
hear it's a blast. Not exactly cheap, however, at $135.

Wish they'd open up the road course at Kansas Speedway to the
public a few times a year. They just put it in last year (I
       think). That'd be pretty awesome.
