Great games tonight guys. ETC was impressive. I really
appreciated all the positive work even when the odds were
against us. I learned a lot!

Thanks for all the games and fun last night. And for carrying
my tournament newbie weight. Just a quick take away from My
limited experience in this game and what I learned last night.
First I want to say that Oregon did a great job last night
juggling his roles as room organizer and tank commander. And I
want to thank Queen for taking me under wing and helping me get
       basic grasp of my role.
Second, Once I get comfortable with a group or person, I tend to
be opinionated and have very little time or patients for hurt
feelings, as nothing I say or write is intended to upset anyone,
just provide my thoughts or insight. If I screw up I can't fix
it unless told..And I frequently screw up! Hence the bumper
sticker upside down on the back of my tanks that warns of bad
       things ahead!
This clan is built around having fun and tanking with others in
similar maturity mindsets. I love the free flow of members from
one platoon to the next and on any given day I have no,idea who
I might be platooning up with but it is always a good time.
Tournament play is NOT this type of platooning.
It was very clear to me that a strong structured play is needed
       for tournaments
There needs to be roles that are clearly identified and everyone
       understands
Communication needs to be clear but also limited to a structured
       format.
I.e. One Platoon leader and 2-3 squad leaders depending on team
size, and they should in most cases be the only ones giving
orders, where to go who to shoot, what tanks are being driven by
       who etc..
Military, police, fire, all do this in the real world because it
works. And after last night the results to me clearly show it
works. Although I have some other opinions on why the results
       were what they were.
I volunteer to be a worker bee, grunt, or what ever is needed,
but we much more practice.. Practice practice practice and more
       practice
In a clan as large as ours we shouldn't have any issues getting
6-10 people together to practice. I also think we are all good
enough tankers to be interchangeable for basic clan
competitions, but completely agree that when awards and WOT clan
koodos are on the line we really should have our best. We all
       know who you are.
Anyway, I got a taste last night and after I got the :shit: out
of my mouth, took the lessons learned and want more!!! So I
will commit some time and $ to this game and clan, any
leadership out there who reads this let me know what I can do
and I will try to work it out..
       Thanks Steely. :superdrunk: :charge:

Hey guys, I was so embarrassed last night! I lagged out at Ensk
and when I came back in I saw my hulk of a tank burning before
my internet shut down due to a thunderstorm over us, AAAAGH!!!
So sorry, I hope you guys had fun, it seemed like there were
enough people to make up for my absence. Again all apologies!!!!
I am on for tonight if you will have me, the storms have pushed
by and I should be back in the clear, let me know!
Yes Steely, these types of platoons and games are VERY intense
and take a great deal of practice to get used too. That's why we
need more platooning time during the week that concentrates on
tactics and running together. I am trying to get a group
together that concentrates on running competition 8's and 10's
       together during the week...

No need to apologize. We all learned something and that's what
matters. Steelypete has great points, but I will admit that the
intense training and work sometimes can make the game less
enjoyable. Combining these two elements is a challenge. Again
thanks to all the tankers the past week or so that helped in the
training rooms and in the match. I can't say enough about how
even being down on the scoreboard you all tanked strong and kept
       the tone positive. Thank you.

Yes! Fun is why we are here, competition is the juice that keeps
us here. We are a social club that competes and bonds together

The only thing we HAVE to be ultra serious about all the time is
making fun of Faethor (and that's because he is awesome).
       :mooning:
If we have serious practices clan then you bet there will be a
healthy amount of fun involved :grenade:
Rock on all, rock on :headbang:

It only gets better from here! We know we need to work on our
rhythms and cohesiveness. eTC showed us a thing or two last
       night. Practice makes perfect.
