If there are only seven per side and you decide to run six 10's,
then yes, you will need an 8

What Buaya said. If we have a brave soul that wants to run a
tier VIII, that would equal 2 tier IX's, but I was thinking we
have more than one tanker on each side that doesn't have any X's
yet.
