       Chaffee matchmaking

       The last 2 nights I am in Tier X matches 50% of the time when
       the previous 20 battles I saw tier X maybe 5 times.  Anyone else
       notice this?
       Is it the mysterious presence of RNGesus?

       According to WG, they were supposed to lower the matchmaking
       level with the 1.3 patch.  I pulled this from the forums:

       LOL. Yeah. Not so much. I have seen more tier X matches since
       1.3 than prior, by a noticeable margin.
