What equipment are you running on the Type 59? I was thinking
rammer, verticle stabilizer, and GLD.

That sounds like a good set of equipment Bandit.
I will be on the One, unless a bunch of tankers want on the 360.
This tank is a money maker, and its fun to drive. It is a bit
slower than the T-34-2 but does not see X's.

Running a rammer and GLD for sure. Undecided on 3rd at this
point. Not vents though since no Chinese crew skills to boost at
this point in time.

Vertical stabilizers for turreted tanks, folks. GLD is for
non-turreted tanks, as it only starts working once your gun is
stationary. Verts decrease aim time during turret rotation and
afterward.
No idea if they stack, however...

Lots of fun, and as stated earlier, if you like the T95E2 you
will like this tank. There were tons of the on the server late
last night and the games were fun.

So you're saying use a Vert Stabilizer on a turret because it
and the GLD perform the same function? WG game guide lists GLD
for use on everything except Light Tanks and off the top of my
head I cannot think of any Heavy without a turret, so why list
GLD for use on them?
Agree with bluebandit on the E2/Type 59, love my E2 and 59 a lot
like it with slightly lower ROF but 100mm cannon with slightly
better Pen/Dmg, and no superdome hatch on top for easy targeting
by reds.

They don't perform the same function, though -- not exactly.
Verts reduce aim bloom while turning the turret by 20%.
GLD reduces aim time once the gun is stopped moving by 10%.
Not all tanks have vert stabs as an option, however -- thus why
WG lists it as an option for all tanks other than lights (and
that's only because lights tend to focus on vision vs.
shooting).
