Just in time for our B class races, Turn 10 announces a new
event. Set a time faster than one of their employees and win a
unicorn car.

Chasing Ghosts - Turn 10 event

So I messed around with this event last night for awhile and
have to say this car is a freaking boat anchor. I think I'm
still a good 2 seconds of that guys time.
Anyway, I found a post with some fantastic turn by turn advice I
wanted to share with you all.
"Here are some things I noticed yesterday that helped me get to
where I currently am.
1. Corner 1 you need to brake early and make sure you have
traction going down the hill, right before you hit the bottom
gun it and the weight hitting the bottom of the track will hook
the tires and you can go pretty smooth out of the corner.
2. Corner 2 , go wide on the corner and in low gear. Use some
throttle to get around the corner and feather it until your car
is straight.
3. Corner 3, if you remotely try to brake and turn you're done
for on this one. It'll blow you straight through the corner.
4. Corner 4, brake early and coast around the corner until you
start to get up the hill. Hit the apex and use 3/4 throttle to
keep traction.
5. Corners 5, 6, 7, brake early and go wide. You can actually
cut these corners slightly and keep your traction.
6. Corner 8 is the same but you can't cut it.
7. Corner 9. Keep traction through the section before the apex.
Hit the apex and gun it.
Hopefully any of this rambling is helpful. I'm going completely
off memory for the track at the moment so hopefully I got the
corner count right.
Also I'm using the tune that the number 1 on leader board has so
I have found the more comfortable I get with that tune the more
confident I'm getting going through corners at a good speed."
