Used to make diaramas...a dead tank with troops and recon
vehicle next to it. Took months (and some model rebuys due to
stupidity/mistakes) but made three of them over time when i was
young....then i hit 12-13 and i noticed that girls grew
breasts....and no more models!!!
Still have an unfinished SdKfz 232/4 somewhere....

I hope you meant no more plastic models.

Just saw the World of Tanks have their own line of tank models.
Very cool. I do not know what the quality would be. Might have
to try one.

They're made by Italeri, which makes pretty decent kits :thumb:

Wonder if it's possible for a model company to gift a few
freebies as prizes in OFF.Maybe a little promo on tags or some
way for them to increase sales in return.Just a thought.

Was just looking the other day at a flak wagon kit by Tamiya I
have in storage. Must be time to assemble it when the nights get
longer. Any recommendation on a decent airbrush kit, but not too
expensive, I had one and my son borrowed it, along with with
stand with magnifying glass and grips. Need I say more.....

I have less than 8 hours on my Iwata set up. Seems nice. Not
enough experience to really be able to judge it. All the
research I did pointed me to Iwata or Badger. I wanted the
Badger as it is American made, but my LHS was an Iwata dealer...
I do remember it not being inexpensive.

It was airbrushed, the easier way to be able to get the top camo
lines to flow evenly. The problem is I want to upgrade to the
recoil barrel but that means painting a new mantlet and barrel
and matching to the rest of the tank will not be easy.
