Object 140 vs Object 430 Russian Mediums

I have enough XP to unlock either the Object 430 II or the T-54.
Eventually I will be unlocking both but I am more curious about
the tier X's that come after.Which is more preferred to you
guys? The Obj 430 or Obj 140?

SSDT.......same shit, different tank.
Even Wiki tanks can barely differentiate them. Including the
T-62. Lot more 140's running around though, so there is
that.....

What the Wiki doesn't tell you is that you get more chick's with
the 140. It's a babe magnet.

There are a few comparison videos on you tube ...... worth a
watch imo if the 360/one versions follow what the pc versions
are all about anyways ......

Thanks BadDad - What was their synopsis?
Mine is buy the 140, but having the 430 or T62 in your garage
aint gonna be a mistake by any means.

Having done a TON of research on the stet pedding Soviet
mediums, here's what I've learned:
T-62A = near-impenetrable turret, making it a beast hulldown,
though it only has 5 degrees of gun depression; great
maneuverability and speed; good but not super gun handling,
especially on the move; better for random battles, but still an
overall strong tank;
Obj. 140 = turret not as strong, but shorter and better camo;
more gun depression than the 62A (it has six degrees, which is
20% better, actually) and better shooting on the move; preferred
tier X medium for clan battles
430 = better hull armor than the other two, but slower and not
as maneuverable; has a potential higher-ish skill ceiling, but
not many can reach it; not really used that much, as the 430 II
is better tier-for-tier than it is (kinda like the M46 Patton
vs. the M48 on the U.S. line).
I'm going with the 140 simply because I think it'll fit my
playstyle, as I prefer speed and DPM to armor (I use speed as a
type of armor, if that makes sense -- the reds can't hit what
they can't catch :troll: )

Here is the thing....... Go through the T-54 because you will
have access to the T-62 [glow=red,2,300]AND [/glow]the Obj-140.
That way you can save XP by not going down both lines if you
want a second Russian Med and will save some grinding! The 140
and the T-62 are the better of the three.

Oxi's right, but the 430 line does give you the Frying Pan
tanks, which (nod to Chilli here) are very strong mediums at
their tiers, and are no slouches uptiered as well.
Wiki said this on the 430....
Very high damage per minute
Excellent camo rating, better than the Batchat 25 t
Highly sloped hull armor is respectable for a tier X medium
Good soft stats
Modules are quite tough, and rarely do you lose something
valuable
Cons:
Turret is not as well-armored as its brothers, the armor zones
are weaker, roof is very weak
Tied for the lowest average damage per shot for tier X meds at
320
Mediocre gun depression
Inferior to the other tier X Russian meds in almost every metric
Cannot take any hits from artillery
