I followed the official forums for a few months, but have
completely lost interest in it, as it is chock full of people I
don't really care for. That's not to say there aren't some
great people on the official forum, however, in my opinion they
are few and far between.
OFF is my new medium for communicating with people in WOT. You
all make this a great clan, which makes this a great and
becoming greater forum. I'm all about respect, fun and joking.
Should I ever offend, don't worry about offending me by telling
me I was being offensive.

Ditto. I can't stand the WOT forum and mostly stay off it.
Yes I'm ex army and tend to be blunt. but I am not out to be
hurtful.
Yes I drink and will TUI as well as read the forum. I do try to
refrain from being an asshat when doing so. I do ramble soo
that's a clue if we are playing.
I use this game to escape my day to day problems which are many,
I don't know about you guys but I don't need more drama in my
life.

One thing I'd like to add is that IMHO whatever we have is a
hell of a lot better than the alternative.
The alternative being tanking on your own:
- with everything from fail teams to teams were you win giving a
contribution (and earning XP and silver) to teams where it's all
over 2 minutes in and you're still driving to the battle because
you were against a fail team and had some other platoon take
advantage of it (i.e. X3 of nothing).
with no one to share your pain
- getting emails after the game from strange people
- no one to witness your top gun glory
- no one to help you when fools try to push you into the water
- listening to weird things in game before you mute them
- etc etc
Being able to platoon has made me enjoy the game more and
possibly even kept me playing as I was losing interest (too many
of the aforementioned).

experience! The diversity of our group is what makes it great.
