Seniors so they can have some fun in the competition, and yes

Hello BoD/staff, what will quailfy a member as a newbie? Under
2000 battles? Must have "newbie" status? Just 1 of these or
both? May I compete in two or more platoons? Also, if I qualify
& compete as a (walmart)newbie can I still compete in the
"target" event as I have tier Vll tanks to use. Thank you.

Oxi and I discussed this last night. No reason why someone who
has both Tier VII and Vs to can't compete in both competitions.
However, I would stipulate that a participant can only be a
member of one platoon per contest.
I would define newer tanker for the sake of argument would be
someone who:
A) Has zero to 2,000 battles. (After 2000 battles the tanker has
pretty much learned the basics and can hold their own. There are
exceptions to this, but this has pretty much been the norm for
the PC and Console versions).
B) No tanks higher than Tier V. Not always the norm, but its a
baseline.
A quick thumbnail about the "ranks".
A "newer" member of OFF would be defined as being listed with a
forum rank of newbie. Based on clan participation a newbie would
achieve Member status after a review by the BoD and Staff. Then
eventually Senior Member status.
