ls or KV 3 ???

I could get the KV 3 right now and own my first tier 7 tank, but
should i save the cash and free xp and head for the ls instead
?? (i'm in no rush to have a tier 7 tank in that sense)
The grind with the KV 85 is a long tedious one i think, might
just be me, but i'm just not gelling with the KV 85 like i did
with the KV 1 and KV 1s..
So for some "mature" opinions, i thought i'd ask you more
experienced tankers than me... :cheers:

For me, it is the IS without a doubt..... I went through to the
KV4 and ended up rage selling it. The IS3 is one of the best
tanks for its tier in the game at tier 8. I may go back into
the KV line so I can get the tier 9, but if iIdo I will probably
buy my way through the KV4. The KV3 and the IS are,both pretty
good tanks, but I liked the IS better.

With all the buffs and nerfs at Tier 7 of various tanks, the IS
would be my choice. It has stayed pretty much the same over time
and it is good at everything, but not great, and the gun hits
hard - it is Russian, so should be "when it hits, it hits hard"

I went down the IS line some time ago specifically for the IS-3,
with no plans to go any further. I haven't pursued the KV' s but
can vouch for the IS-3. You won't be disappointed if you are a
fan of the IS & KV-1S.
I would also advise using free XP only for acquiring first 1-2
packages of any tank you purchase. Makes the grind not as bad
and means you can usually compete to some degree from the
start. Wish I had figured that out sooner than I did.

It would definitely seem the ls line is the more popular route
to take, thanks for taking the time to answer guys :thankyou:
Back to grinding that kv 85 any advice to make that more
bearable, lol ;)

Unfortunately, no..... Most of us ground that line when the it
still had the amazing KV1S there instead.

I agree with Oxi. They've really goofed around with that line
and is now much different than when I went through. IS 8 is very
hard to beat. The other line is tough...I'm 1/2 way through the
KV 4 and might end up Ruggering it the rest of the way.
