Ok then I take it that the DSG in a say, 2.0T CC is different?
In any case, holding 450whp in a AWD car is impressive.

Surprisingly - a lot. The DSG in the R32 had performance
upgrades as part of the R32 packaging. HPA (the turbo sellers)
and the shop i use both said that 450ish is the top end for the
DSG in this form, but that is a lot more than i will ever add!!
It required a couple of re-flashes to mate the software, change
the shift points, launch control, etc (stage 2 at this point)
but the hardware still performs well......until i just wrote
this and it will explode tonight!!! :palm:

Yes...all of them performance (SRT4 or R/T) or competition
models (ACR)... :hitself:
Down to 3 (not including son's ACR and R/T or his gf's SXT) for
now - my '01 ACR Sedan, the wife's '02 SXR/T, and my '97 ACR.
Hoping to sell the '97 and '01, and get something more
practical, such as a newer Jeep Cherokee to compliment the '01
Cherokee.
