Weird Weekend

What a weird weekend I had tanking. A lot of the tanks I
usually do really well in, I was struggling, while I had more
success in those thanks that I normally have a hard time with.
I had a terrible time with the T21. I want to love this tank
sooo much. I should be doing well in it but I'm not. 38 games,
39% wins, 410 avg exp per game :confused: I can't tell what
it is? I'm assuming that its because it was basically a brand
new crew. Got out-Chaffeed by my opposite number a bunch of
times too.
Meanwhile in high-tier medium land... I was having pretty good
success in my Pershing and Patton. Got an Ace tanker badge, and
100th scout medal in my Pershing, killed a tier X british heavy
in my Patton to earn the "Expert UK" rank, and significantly
increased winning percentages in both tanks.
Hopefully things go back to normal.

RNG strikes again man last night was killer for me couldnt do
squat in higher teirs but when i took my t21 out did great.

Ditto. Won every match I was in running lights. When I switched
to Tier 8s and up, major losses.
One match on Mal Standard 9 Tier 8s charged across the open
field towards the RED positions..and all died, inflicting ZERO
losses on the OPFOR. I seriously think these were driven by
seven year olds that got a hold of their parent's accounts.

Tiers V-VII were bascally 60-40 Win/Loss

I guess it wan't just me then. I haven't had a good game all
weekend until today

And it was really still a mediocre game. While fail platoons
have been frequent, I'm part of the problem I think. I haven't
enjoyed the game as much since 1.3.

It was a very...odd weekend, to be sure.
Had some amazingly good stretches where we'd ROFLstomp the reds
15-5 or even 15-1, followed by stretches where the green team
was full of windowlickers. And that's not even counting how many
times RNGesus decided "Sure, your APCR has 240 mm of
penetration, but I'm gonna have it bounce off the side of an
un-angled tank with just 70 mm of armor."

You know when you get into a game and you look up at the team
queue and you see that 1 or 2 tanks just didn't make it in? they
are grayed out. Well i had at least one in every match this
Saturday morning. It was odd. I wonder if they were playing the
afk rubber band game and it has now been caught on to.

I had that happen to me in my E-75. Had a near point blank shot
on T95. Switched to APCR to hit a pesky E100, but he moved and
the T95 went past me. Turned and fired... so dang sure that I'm
gonna nail this guy...and BOUNCY BOUNCY! Reloaded, and fired
again. Bounced. T95 kept moving away. Finally hit the guy, and
then I get tracked by Arty, then E100 pops up, and kabloom.

I did OK this weekend, but was busy and didn't have too much
time play.
Did have a first when I managed to track an artillery in Jag
8.8, that was... novel :)
