nope , not a single tank of mine has a MOE yet. had a pools
medal and sandwiched in between several other good games in my
chi-nu-ki , then in my kv220 , two top guns in one night ,
followed by a ton of good games last night.....still nothing.
and yet I see ppl in public lobbies who have sub 45% winning in
a tiger and he has 2 ???? I guess its just sheer dumb luck how
these are handed out.

MoE tracker is kind of hidden, go to show medals on your tank
and it will tell you what percentage you are at for tanks with
at least one... I am 91.08 for third on 30.01 d for example

Wow I have a MOE on my Jackson, the WZ-132, 110 and doubles on
the Hellcat and Jumbo
