Named for the legendary General George S. Patton, the M48A1
Patton is a must-have for medium tankers!
Highly maneuverable, yet larger than most medium tanks and some
heavy tanks, this tier X medium boasts an excellent traverse
rate, great gun depression, and well-sloped armor. The M48 is
capable of assuming almost any role on the battlefield from
supporting teammates and sniping to brawling low-health heavies
in a pinch. Most comfortable at close-to-medium range,
experienced M48 tankers tend to peek in and out of cover or
around the crest of a hill to deliver hard blows with its 105mm
gun. This cannon hits hard and accurately on the move, and is
improved even more by the addition of a Vertical Stabilizer.
You'll want to stay on the move and keep an eye out for cover,
because artillery would like nothing more than to ruin your day!

Yes, except for tanks like the E-100 or Patton 48, where there
is a second gun upgrade/ package.
