The reason is because those who run with us will find themselves
bottom tier over and over and over again. So not only are the
greens down two big guns due to us lights, they also find
themselves with a bunch more bottom tier tanks due to how
platoon MM works.
Now, if we want to run a five-person platoon with two lights and
three arty a tier higher, then I'd be down with that. But,
having done this quite a bit, it's just too much of a hindrance
to run this in a "standard" platoon format.

As it's set up on the companion website, this is a three man
only platoon, but TKE has graciously allowed up to the max of
five just as long as only two lights launch on tiers 5 & 6 and
the other three be artys.
