I agree teams should be split - but perhaps not Americas or EU
but based on times able to play?
I also agree with Squiggy - How do you determine who is "best"?
Stats? Hes my pal? Deathmatch?
I dunno but I'm keen to know :)

Agree with Chilli; great discussion - good points made by
Squiggy, Gunmetal, War, Panz3r, and others.
We should have enough participation to prepare and field a good
team.
As a noob to competitive gaming, I'm content to help out in some
support role. [Scout team sounds fun]
Team leaders should organize, make some tough decisions, and
move this thing forward.
Hope it can be done without too much butthurt.
How many members in TiT?
Could there be tiers to the competition?

Unfortunately, I have some bad news. The TiTs have imploded.
They had a few members "go off the reservation" and whip up some
major drama. Since they are small as it was, they cannot field
a team. On a side note, the head of TiT is 39 aas well as a few
others that got screwed in the fallout, so I gave them a heads
up for here.
That being said, I will be actively trying to link up with a few
other clans for this. If anyone has some "in's" with another
clan, PM me so we can work that angle as well.

Even though they imploded, I think we should continue with
getting organised for competitive gameplay.
Perhaps as a very basic start for everyone interested to list
their schedule and start trying to get some time platooning up
together?
Best time for me to play is 10pm to 12 GMT. I believe this is
6pm to 8pm EST? Every night apart from Sunday, however I can be
away for work including away on weekends.
I'm keen to platoon up with like minded peeps at this time as I
currently spend 95% of my time playing solo

Definitely. Let's try to find a couple of times of week that can
work for everyone and have us all get into a training room for a
few hours. Someone said Saturdays afternoons CST would work
good, so maybe we can start with that, then try to find another
one somewhere between Monday - Thursday? What's the earliest you
EST could do? How about the latest for the GMT fellas?
Might try to make some Google Calendar thing for this so we can
see it but I'll wait till tomorrow when I'm getting paid for it.
