Ay two-ton I cannot speak for the others but I can for myself.
There is no such thing as having to bad of stats to play with me
or anyone else. On top of that your stats are fine. A platoon
mate playing wing-man and communicating is a Great asset and
this game is about team-work.I know we haven't tooned up since
the fr. But I have a 4 day weekend and alot of great tanks I
want to play. If you want to be my wing-man it would be my
honor, To show you some of the best spots to succeed. Sure we
can blow some reds away. Will be running 6,7,and 8. That offer
stands to any-one else that may see me on. Just jump in my
party. Roll-Out

I have really enjoyed the events that I have been able to
participate in. That being said my work schedule (whatever -
whenever) makes it very difficult to play. I currently and for
the foreseeable future will be on XBOX 360.
I checked the "I do not have time". It's really due to my
schedule not an issue with the clans schedule.

I am not sure it’s just one thing as to why I do not
participate in the events. Here are the things I know.
After the first few months I was no longer able to sign up from
my XBOX using Internet app . I did not have PC or other means to
use to sign up from.
When I did get PC, most of the events were full. I really did
enjoy the events I did get into. But most of the time slots were
full.
Now this is or was a more personal choice. It was pointed out
to me that my over all stats were very poor. So when I started
to look at my stats and performance dally I was not happy with
my play so I set out on a mission to work on improving my game
play. I want to contribute to the events and not feel that I did
not support my team mates enough. So over past few months I
have been focused on improving game play and grinding away at
tech trees.
The whole XBOX 360 to Xbone thing. Currently I have a Xbox 360
and its going to be some time before I can move to the Xbone ,
as much as I want to.

Dont be too critical of yourself TwoTon, I bet everone that you
DID platoon with really enjoyed your company , I know I did.

The last time I looked none of the event times were of any use
for me. I am unsure whether there is enough interest from my
fellow Europeans. Personally my play time is usually 9 to 12pm
GMT

Same thing with me Clarky.

The events are fine, though something else for Friday and
Saturdays would be cool. And do note that, other than TOG
Tuesday, I've been purposefully NOT signing up for events so
some of the new folks can get into them.
IDEAS
-- A "Grinding The [Whatever tier]" event in which people
working at similar tiers can platoon up
-- A "Welcome the n00bs" event(s) in which we have one senior
member with at least two new ones
-- A low-tier grind event for those new the game or starting new
tank lines; all would be tier V and below.
[/quote]
Wellsaid TKE.
Munkie out.

Thanks folks for the great feedback so far! Keep it coming! To
address some of your concerns:
Forget your stats - they are practically useless at this moment
in time. If that's making you hesitant about doing a weekly
event, cast that aside. We do not have any rules that state you
must be a Silver sparkly Unicorn farting rainbows and roses in
order to participate in any of our little events. We have these
so we can get roll together and have fun.
The only thing we ask is that if you do sign up, please show up.
Or give the sponsor a heads up if life interferes with the
event. We promise we won't get mad and egg your garage. We might
however give it a sound Ruggering. :mooning:
Scheduling: I would like to propose that our comrades from the
Old World, and the Pacific Rim come up with a good time that
they can roll a version of our weekly events. We can always
incorporate a Euro/Pacific event group. We would just need
sponsors (a member or Senior Member) who can run during those
times to take charge and run the event(s).
And if you're wondering what criteria? Its simple - you're
willing to form a platoon and send out invites to the players
that sign up to join the platoon so you can do the event. And
communicate via Facebook and the forums when the event will be
held and solicit participants. If you are unable to run the
event, you find a replacement to cover for you, or contact the
BOD & Staff and we'll help you out.
If you have a specific event in mind that you would like to run,
post under the Weekly Events board. We are more than willing to
keep adding or modifying events as long as people are willing to
sponsor and participate.

It's a time deal atm for me . I did not vote , other than the
hatred for Faethors face of course ,but I will say I do miss
the 5 vs 5 Fri. nights . Even though it was a bit too much down
time every once in a while I believe it was a very good clan
function .

I would be all up for this. Been playing low tiers alot lately
with a buddy who is still filling up his garage and have been
having alot of fun. It's nice when the pressure is off and you
can just screw around alittle bit, plus the whole seal clubbing
aspect helps quite abit.

Pffft. I've platooned with you several times and you are an
OUTSTANDING platoon mate! Don't let a single person ever try to
tell you differently. You are always welcome in my platoon, and
I know pretty much everyone else feels the same.
:thumb:
We most CERTAINLY need UK/Pacific Rim event times, and not sure
it needs to be a senior member running it, per se, as those
might be hard to come by (though not 100% sure on that one). All
we need is someone to come up with the event and volunteer to
host.
And that's the thing we all need to remember: ANYONE CAN SUGGEST
OR HOST AN EVENT! You don't have to wait for someone else to do
it. Sure, some weeks it might be empty, and others we might need
another platoon (or more). So don't let that discourage you. If
you want it ... well, as Shia sez:

This one is actually pretty funny though.

If there is a lack of anyone better I could host one - 10pm to
12 GMT. Thursday or Sunday. Anybody with a preference?
Would be on 360. I like to play a single tier per session but
I'm not overly fussed about playing a mix either to knock off
daily bonuses. I won't play preferential MM tanks or lights as
this really gets on my wick when a platoon leader selects
either.
Filthy language and alcohol not a problem :superdrunk:
