The Russian mediums are the ultimate Flankers.... The 8,9, and
10s also have accurate guns so can snipe in a pinch.....only
problem.....horrible gun depression, so you need to learn how to
work hills a little differently.
[/quote]
I have no experience with the Ruskies past tier 6... but if you
like sniping and flanking, like Squiggy said, don't count out
the German Panther line. And as Ox said, if you are looking at
the end game: I personally feel (with my limited experience) the
E-50 and E-50M are some of the best 'snipe early flank when
possible' medium tanks in the game.
As to the German heavies; I really don't care for my E-100, but
I think the E-75 is an absolutely amazing, well rounded machine.
Note that all of these Germans require absolutely meticulous
angling/side-scraping to really pay off. And of course, all the
German tanks have pretty poor gun depression.

I agree with that the VK.36 is not the same since they changed
it but it does lead to three amazing fun & deadly tanks = Tiger
1, Tiger 2 & the almighty E-75 all harbingers of death for the
Red team, the E-100 is the worst tank I have ever bought...
:scream:
I have the KV-1 and the IS which is alas about to be replaced by
the KV-85 (runs OK ins ST, but the reload time seems
foever....), again the advantage is they lead to two of my other
always go to tanks, which are the IS and IS-3, talk about how to
wreck someone's day in one shot!!
I freely admit that I am a Heavy fan, Mickey is trying to
edumucate me :hitself: in Mediums and even lights... which is
shall we say a work in progress but I do like the VK30.02M and
Panther aka the Assassin!

I don't understand why everyone isn't happy with the Vk 36! It's
a great tank maybe it's just a tank you have to learn how to use
and get used to it! I run mine even though it's a heavy I run it
like a medium and it's a BEAST!!! Just ask Ruggers

Personally the 30.01d is my favorite tank in game, excellent
spotter, flanker, death circler (sic) best hellcat killer as it
will easily outpace their turret. The vk36 is good but keep it
hull down or flanking cause its motor likes to get shot out or
burn pretty easily. Kv-1 excellent only Russian tank I enjoyed
so far, haven't even touched a Russian for months now.

I just got the VK 30.01p a few days ago (stock gun is bad, but
full upgrade is good). Nice tank, hull down, a bit slow for a
medium. I'm working my way to fulfill the tiger line. It all
depends which line of tanks you wish to peruse.

The 30.01P kicked my ass until it was fully upgraded. Then it
was quite the beast. I liked the Tiger P, but bear in mind it
didn't get the buff/love the H got. Not sure what your plans are
for the Porsche line, but I can tell you I am stuck on the
VK45.02A and absolutely hate it. I hear the B has had major
buffs, but the Maus is still supposedly pretty weak. Granted, I
have never played one. Seems like a pretty dead end line so far.

Now that the KV-1S is a tier V, I've sold my KV-1. I run the
same 85mm gun, and the rof is roughly the same, but it's a hell
of a lot faster. I think I might abandon the Maus line for now
and concentrate on the Tigers.
