       like several other things in this game this makes no sense to
       me.
       I just got my Panther II up to the E-50.  That took over 200XP
       from stock to E-50.  I bought the crew at 75%, it is now at 100%
       with two perks....so how is that possible?
       Still do not buy that the crew system is working the same for
       every tank and everyone...unless that is just recently the
       case....
