Rate of perk/skill accumulation

After the last patch it should be this:
80,000 xp for the first 5 skills/perks
160,000 for the next 5
320,000 for the last 5
I assume the remaining 10 perks are prorated in between these
values.

Does mentor or brothers in arms help?

That's the gimmick, they don't say how much each one
contributes. My theory is if you plan to keep a tank for a long
time or plan to move a crew around and hence keep that crew in
use for a long time, then mentor will be valuable.
I have one tank that had 15 perks/skills on it, and after I
moved that crew out of it I definitely noticed a difference, but
I can't say I have ever seen a difference with just one
perk/skill added.

I think i saw somewhere that it's more of a power-weighted curve
(steeper) near the end-points than a linear progression. At
least for PC - but given other discussions lately not sure how
much longer we can compare those two.
I know getting perk #5 on my T32 crew seems like it's taking
FOREVER.

Yes, one WGA person on the forum said it was a bell curve. Like
you say maybe that's for the PC because I have 2 tanks past the
bell curve peak and skill accumulation rate seems like it's
getting harder.

But, we have to assume there is some type of multiplier for each
tier otherwise tier 10's would progress much faster than tier
1's
