I did not see anything on this, but my suggestions:
Take your best crew and put them in your tank. take the
move hit and grind them back to 100%
Don't forget to up your equipment and consumables. I do not
think binocs would be that usefull.... Optics and loaders a
must?
Premium Auto Extinguishers, Big Repair kits, and maybe
Cola, Tea, Coffee, ...? Premium fuel for the scout?

Thanks Jarhead - very good suggestions we should definitely
incorporate.

Corbantis also had a good suggestion last night of swapping out
the Mentor skill for something more usefull. Building crew XP is
of no importance tonight.

I would recommend anything that keeps you on the battlefield and
operational--Firefighting, Repair, Safe stowage, Preventative
Maint, Armorer (on the heavies)

going to stay away from the thin skinned mediums, instead opting
for mobile heavies. 2 Tigers, an IS and a VK 30.02 D for
spotting if need be. Not sure about the 5th tank yet, depends on
what Sarge likes to run. Thinking maybe a T-29 might be nice to
bunker in somewhere but that would hurt our mobility.

I would be a little careful with the VK36.02D... It only has a
spotting distance of 380 and its a pretty large tank, compared
to some of thelights. This will really put you at a
disadvantage. All the OPFOR needs is to bring out a chaffee
(390) or T71 (400) with a really good crew and they will light
you up long before you see them..... You may be better off with
an E25 since the camo rating for that is off the charts.
Your first map is Murovanka and one of those lights will be able
to light you up over on the Magic forest side, no problem..
Here's a link to the cammo and view range calculator.

We could take spotting out of the equation and take the fight
right to them. Top of the hill might be the way to go with a
spotter cutting the corner/ working from the tree line out to
the base of the cliff. Maybe/maybe not. Looking at our
opponents, they are pretty much all heavy/medium drivers. Only
one has a Chaffee, with 40 games in it and a 37% win rate. They
have one T71, same stats. Actually, after seeing that, maybe we
should throw a high spotting tank in the mix and just try to
pick them off. Chris was in a T20 last night, that's a viable
option isn't it?
Got to say I'm nervous/excited for tonight. We could not have
asked for a better matchup. Only one of our opponents even has a
winning record! Not alot of mastery badges either. Some with
less than 10.

Crap. I'm a crackhead. Been thinking we were playing on
Malinovka this whole time.
