Deleting Bugs & Resetting your Cache

I have a problem with my lovely Arty collection, the hull lock
no longer works and so makes it virtually impossible to track
targets and hit them. I know you feel sorry for me being an Arty
driver.
Wargaming have given me two solutions that work in most cases to
remove bugs and reset basic settings, so I thought I would share
these with you even though they have not solved my problem.
Reset 1:
"Our Development Team has created a new button combination
which will allow you to clear your game data cache. This cache
is different than the one located on your Hard Drive and is
specific only to our game.
Please complete the following controller configuration once on
the "News" screen. Please be aware that you will not receive any
visual/ audio confirmation of the action being completed. We
sincerely apologize for any confusion this may cause you.
Press and hold: Left Trigger(LT)+Right Trigger(RT)+X+Y "
Reset 2:
"Our Development Team has created a new button combination
which will allow you to reset your in-game profile data
(Controller Settings, Safe Zone Settings, and Gamma Settings).
Please complete the following controller configuration once on
the "News" screen. Please be aware that you will not receive any
visual/ audio confirmation of the action being completed. We
sincerely apologize for any confusion this may cause you.
Press and hold: LT+LB+Y+B "
Please note you do not lose general progress etc, things like
preferences, screen size, gamma etc are reset. Also, when you do
use it there is no sound or confirmation pop up to show it
works.
So after trying all this, deleting game and installing again
my Arty still does not have hull lock. Does anyone out there
have any other tricks to help me please?

Thanks Sundanss - that is very good info and I am glad you
shared that with the clan. Sorry it didn't help you though - was
there any solution in sight for your issue?

I have not run into this bug yet ??
You may want to check the controller scheme , I know there is a
button that you can toggles this feature on and off. Not sure if
that's the issue or not ?

Yep, been in options before loading game to reset hull lock and
also toggled it on and off during game play. No luck at all.
They requested screen shots so have to do this tomorrow.
Seems it went wrong after new patch the other week.
Will update post if I find a new solution.

Kinda odd thought (but I am known for those) - have you tried
another controller?
