50% Off Tiers 2-5; Any suggestions?

I've been restocking my garage with lower tiers lately (I had
sold them all to make room for grinding tanks). I have the
following non premiums:
Chaffee
Matilda
Marder 38t
T67
Thinking about these with the special:
Panzer 1c
Luchs
ELC AMX
Any other suggestions? What lower tiers are your favorite?

Pz 1 C. is such an absurd amount of fun. It can suck when in a
tier V game, but you can still spot and cause all kinds of
havoc. (I've managed to swing a few tier V games in mine by
waiting a bit then zooming in to go after arty and base
campers.)
I used to love the Luchs, but without a good crew it's tough due
to the really long reload on that auto loader. (I did put the
non-auto loader on it and did okay, but have only played one
game with it set up like that.) It can just crush the few games
it sees when top tier.
The ELC AMX is played incorrectly more than any other tank in
the game, IMHO, with 90% of players using the speed to go YOLO.
In reality, it's best played as a sneaky fast TD, not a true
light. Just note the absurdly long aim time, as that can make it
tough at times.

TKE919 is correct about the Pz. I C. Get a platoon of OFFers in
these and good times ensue. ELC? Again TKE is on target, unlike
me when I try to hit them on the run. However, if I am driving
them in YOLO mode the Reds hit me every time. Go figure. Do you
play arty? Do you have Bert? You may want to grind to that Brit
Arty. My task tonight while I attend to family matters is to
read over some reviews of lower tier vehicles to see if I missed
any gems. For heavies I have been having fun with the T-1
American heavy and the M-6. You didn't list any Soviet vehicles.
The line to the KV1-s is fun, as are the lower tier ATs.

I'd make certain to get the PZ1C. We have a few events coming up
where the 1C will be involved, and would actually be the
preferred tank to run. So to get it at a discount now is a good
idea.
