The same thing happened to/for me when I stopped worrying about
winning every match.
I cannot control wins but I can control my damage and kills

I just get on the field and have some fun. Usually the more fun
I have the better I do! Don't fear da cheese!!!!!! :D

I have left a platoon after a losing streak, but it was never
ever a reflection on my platoon-mates - it's simply that I felt
I sucked, lacked confidence and just wasn't lucky at the time.
I've always made that clear. Usually all I need is a couple of
hours break from the game rather than be a liability to others.
To be honest, I resent Cheesie twisting that into insulting
platoon-mates.

and remember kids, 90 wins followed by 10 losses gives you the
same stats as 10 losses followed by 90 wins, it just feels like
a bigger grind if you're climbing from 10% to 90%

Selective memory I guess.
Made an impression very early in my off membership being told
that ya had to leave the platoon to run solo to recover your win
percentage. Not sure how else to take it.

I remember that. Very selective memory. What I recall saying was
that I was sucking at the higher tiers that day so I was going
to go run some low tier solo games where it wouldn't matter to
my platoon mates if I sucked and if I didn't I'd be able to get
in a few wins, a few kills, recover confidence and pad my stats.
You could have tried asking for a fuller explanation of my
motives instead of just assuming.

How about we settle it with tier 10 heavies on El Halluf, Red vs
Green :hiding:

Nope it isn't, Cheesie would win easily nine times out of ten
and I for one don't have the level of braggadocio that would
insist I say otherwise. Luckily, we don't decide such things
that way.
I don't have a beef, I'm a "bygones" kind of guy. I'm an
unsubtle man as many know and don't have time in my life for
some kind of dumb feud over a game. I just wish Cheesie had
brought up his thoughts to me personally, all those months ago,
instead of it festering. Now that it's finally been said and
promptly answered I hope that's the end of it.
